The Desert Hermits Calendar

I have made a calendar for the people of God to follow my steps as I follow the command of God on my journey back to the desert. I am documenting this event that others may learn to fear God and obey His voice.

The purpose of this journey is two-fold; one, I am personally fed up with living a life tainted with compromise, and two, I am sick and tired of the people of God being fleeced and robbed by carnal minded ministers teaching doctrines of a sugar daddy God.

This calendar will document my steps as I submit myself to God in obedience. It is my hope that others will learn what it takes to die to the flesh and put on the new man that has been created in our Savior Jesus Christ.

The week of January 1, 2012 I will be leaving for a trip to locate the spot in the desert where I will spend the 40 days in prayer and fasting. After returning I will spend the rest of January making the needed preparations.

I will begin my stay in the desert on February 1, 2012 and will remain through March 11, 2012.
