Hello fellow travelers, thank you for stopping by the Christian Hermits Website. My name is Robert. I was born again way back on August 16, 1977. Most of my youth was spent growing up in the Southern Desert. My Father was an Evangelist and a Pastor. I was privileged to see the true anointing in my youth. In the ministry of my Father, when he spoke a command in the name of Jesus, no one had to walk around claiming by faith they were healed, this is because they were healed.

You will have to forgive me if you don't like my straight forwardness when it comes to matters such as the true anointing and true healing. You see, it's too late to try to convince me that this stuff going on in the Churches today is of God, I have experienced The True God, The True Spirit, The True Christ and the True Christian.

As a youth I would spend my days out in the Desert talking to the Lord and studying the Word of God with  the leading of the Spirit. I had many encounters with the Lord during those times of solitude in the Desert. As a young man I continued to live in the Desert. As time went by, there was a fire that burned my home to the ground. At the time, and I will never understand fully why, but I moved from the Desert into the city.

For years, the Lord kept driving me by His Spirit, to return to the Desert. For 25 years I rebelled, that is until the summer of 2008. When I told those around me that I was going to the Desert, they thought I had lost my mind, but they did not understand the burning desire that had been building for 25 years. After 25 years I finally made plans and was dropped off in the wilderness of the Arizona Desert.

The party that had dropped me off was to return in a few days, but that few days turned into a month. During this month the Lord beat my flesh down into the position it had need to be in for 25 years, not on my knees, but on my face in repentance before Him. Many Spiritual events took place during this month, and now it is my hearts desire to return to the wilderness of the Desert and spend time in communion with God.

Many think this has to do with being away from people for the sake of peace, but the real reason for this is to do spiritual warfare for the body of Christ. I have spent 25 years running from God, now I will spend some time in obedience to His call.

I am asking the Lord to supply the items I will need for this journey, as soon as He has done so, I will go. I feel it will not be long. I will add more to this page as I can.
